1. First download the boot screen using following link:
2. Extract the 7z file using 7-Zip. Now run "Windows 7 Boot Updater". Its an excellent software to change Windows 7 boot screen. More info and download link can be found here.
3. Now you can select the desired boot screen file from the extracted folder using "File -> Load boot skin..." menu and Apply it.
4. Restart your system and enjoy the boot screen.
