In past we have covered guide to create video thumbnails using Video Thumbnail Maker & Video to Jpg Converter. Now here is free tool to create image thumbnails. If you are a web designer or blogger then it's likely that you will need to create thumbnails of images.
Using Photoshop like tools to create thumbnails could be time consuming, here is ThumbMe tool to batch create image thumbnails of GIF, JPG, PNG, BMP & TIF image files.
You just need to select image folder and output file prefix.
